			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>The PHP Forum 2008 organized by the AFUP (Association Française des Utilisateurs de PHP, the French PHP UG) is now finished, and while I missed last year&#8217;s one because of a personnal matter, I guess someone missed this year&#8217;s one too, and more people were waiting him than for me (<a href="http://suraski.net/blog/" target="_blank">Zeev</a>).</p>
